Product Description:
Hydrocyclone is a kind of clarify equipment adopting centrifugal force to speed up settling of particles. The hydrocyclone needs pressure feeding, so more power cost, but small footprint, low cost, big processing capacity, hi-efficient clarify. More fine overflow product obtained. It is mainly for classification of second stage mine grinding closed cycle.
This product is designed to treat water by creating a vortex that separates the water from the solids and impurities.
Hydrocyclone tank is consisted with a upper hollow cylinder and a lower inverted cone, besides this, a feeding pipe, overflow pipe and sand setting outlet.
Features:
- Linning of hydrocyclone steel shell is made by high wear-resistant rubber. The hydrocyclone has ability of wear-resistant, anti-corrosion.
- Adopt vertical volute axis direction type shaft with spiral down channel structure, smooth inner surface, ensure bigger dispersion of slurry. Better classifying efficiency of hydrocyclone, less abrasion, changeable inner sleeve, easy installation, convenience maintenance.
